All you need is a high bandwidth connection to the internet such as DSL or cable and the Flash 8 plug-in for your browser.  If you do not see the videos when you click on an image, go here to test your system to see if you need to upgrade your Flash player.  

If you get the videos, but they stop and stutter, you can measure your Internet connection speed with this test. My videos are coded to play smoothly at 500 kilobits per second (50 KBS), but sometimes there is congestion on the line or you may have a slower connection.  The 50 KBS is on the low end of high bandwidth.
