Stallion Parade, Mill Farm, 2007 E-mail

In September, 2007, there was a relatively small breeding evaluation at Mill Farm in Ancramdale, New York.  I shot very little of it, but I thought I would show an interesting stallion show that took place at the end of the first day.

The horses (left to right) are:

Heljar from Mill Farm, US 1999102994, ridden by Dan Slott

Tjaldur Frá Hólum, IS1995158310, ridden by Jana Meyer.

Hamur from Mill Farm, US1997103009, ridden by Knútur Berndsen.

In addition to World Fengur, the full results of the evaluations can be found in Hestafréttir in english and in icelandic.

4g vs 5g : bo
Well Tjaldur sure showed us the difference between a 4 gaited horse and a 5 gaited horse. 4-gaited horses are just like cars with out the overdrive.

To be fair : bo
Actually the black stallion looks great and the one I liked most until the flying-pace of Tjaldur.
